Terms of Use
Last updated: April 29, 2026
Welcome to LoanLink Canada. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and LoanLink Canada ("we," "us," or "our") that governs your use of our website at loanlinkcanada.com (the "Site").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By using the Site or submitting our form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What LoanLink Canada Is (and Is Not)
LoanLink Canada is a loan-matching service. We connect Canadian consumers with licensed third-party lenders and lender networks who may be able to offer them a loan.
We are not a lender. We do not:
- Lend money
- Make loan decisions
- Set interest rates, fees, or repayment terms
- Approve or deny loan applications
- Collect loan payments
All loan decisions are made by the third-party lenders we refer you to. Each lender has its own application process, eligibility criteria, rates, and terms.
2. No Guaranteed Approval
We do not guarantee:
- That you will be approved for a loan
- That a lender will contact you
- The amount, interest rate, fees, or terms of any loan you may be offered
- The time it will take to receive funds, if approved
A submission through our Site does not create any obligation for any lender to offer you a loan, or for you to accept any offer.
3. Eligibility
To use the Site and submit our form, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your province or territory, whichever is higher)
- Be a Canadian resident
- Be legally able to enter into a binding contract
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself
If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Site.
4. Your Responsibility for the Information You Provide
When you submit our form, you confirm that all information you give us is true, accurate, and complete. Submitting false or misleading information may:
- Result in your application being denied by lenders
- Be considered fraud under Canadian law
- Result in your information being removed from our system without notice
You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date if you want to receive offers.
5. How We Use Your Information
When you submit our form, we share your information with one or more licensed third-party lenders so they can contact you. By submitting the form, you give us permission to do this.
For full details on how we collect, use, and share your information, please read our Privacy Policy.
6. Communications from Lenders
By submitting our form, you understand and agree that:
- Lenders we share your information with may contact you by phone, email, or text message
- These communications may be made using automated systems
- Standard message and data rates may apply for text messages
- You can opt out of communications from any specific lender by contacting that lender directly
If you no longer want LoanLink Canada to share your information, email privacy@loanlinkcanada.com.
7. No Financial or Legal Advice
Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, or tax advice. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes only.
Before taking out any loan, we strongly encourage you to:
- Read the lender's full terms carefully
- Make sure you understand the total cost of borrowing, including interest, fees, and penalties
- Consider whether you can comfortably repay the loan
- Speak with a qualified financial advisor if you are unsure
Borrowing money has serious financial consequences. Please borrow responsibly.
8. Third-Party Lenders Are Independent
Lenders we refer you to are independent businesses. We are not responsible for:
- Their loan products, decisions, rates, fees, or terms
- Their privacy practices once they receive your information
- Their customer service, communications, or business conduct
- Any agreements you enter into with them
If you have a dispute with a lender, you must resolve it directly with that lender.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you live in another Canadian province, you may still have rights under your local consumer protection laws that cannot be taken away by this agreement.
16. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms will continue to apply.
